Job summary

nhow Amsterdam RAI is excited to welcome a Meeting & Event Intern to join the vibrant team in the Meeting & Events department. You will help organize business meetings, conferences, and social events, communicating with clients and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in hotel, hospitality, or event management, available for at least six months, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in hotel-, hospitality-, or event-management.
• Available for at least 6 months.
• Proactive in organizing meetings, conferences, and events, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events in the Meeting & Events department.
• Coordinate with clients, arrange show rounds, and manage bookings and communications.
• Support post-event follow-up and feedback collection with the team and clients.
