OTC Flow, a leading international trading and brokerage firm based in Amsterdam, is seeking a Sales Trader to join our fast-growing team. You’ll connect clients with environmental commodity instruments to meet regulatory and sustainability goals, driving commercial growth across regions.

You will proactively engage potential clients, understand their environmental exposure, and broker trades with a focus on long-term relationships in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1–2+ years in commodity trading, B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand your environmental commodities client portfolio.
• Lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, and meetings.
• Efficiently execute trades and provide tailored market solutions.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and understand regulatory/sustainability needs.
