TE Connectivity is seeking a Global EMS & Harness Maker Leader to drive the company's global commercial strategy and engagement with EMS and Harness Maker customers. You will create a scalable operating model, govern processes, and align TE's units, channel sales teams, distributors, and ecosystem partners to a unified growth plan.

Reporting to the Vice President, Channel Sales, this role offers a rare chance to shape a new global organization, build a high-impact team, and accelerate revenue

Formación

• Significant commercial leadership experience within EMS or related electronics industries.
• Proven ability to grow a business at regional or global level.
• Strong strategic account management and pricing capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Data-driven decision maker with ability to translate insights into growth.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a global go-to-market strategy for EMS & HM.
• Lead a matrixed global organization and drive revenue growth.
• Establish governance, pricing, contracts, and distributor engagement.
• Hire and develop a global team across regions.
• Build executive relationships with key customers worldwide.
• Collaborate with BUs, channel sales, and regional teams.
• Measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Report to VP, Channel Sales and scale the segment.
