Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Launch Integrator to ensure fit-for-plant readiness during drug product development. You will transfer products from R&D into the supply chain, coordinating site readiness and launch execution with global teams.

The role requires 6+ years in pharma, GMP knowledge, and experience with DP transfer, project management, and technical documentation. Willingness to travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 6+ years of pharma product R&D and/or manufacturing/MSAT experience.
• Experience with biopharma tech transfer into manufacturing sites.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements in manufacturing sites.
• Experience with document management systems (RIMdocs, TruVault, SAP, Planisware).
• PM certification (FPX, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own DP technical transfer and site readiness for new products.
• Support regulatory and technical documentation review and approval.
• Coordinate supply plant readiness and launch execution.
• Identify opportunities to reduce Cost of Goods and improve robustness.
• Develop site execution plans aligned with cross-functional strategies.
• Lead product introduction from transfer to launch within site scope.
