Job summary

Leiden Bio Science Park is seeking a Technical Launch Integrator to oversee the transfer of drug product tech and manufacturing processes from R&D to supply chain, ensuring readiness for market launch and BPAL alignment.

The role requires coordinating site execution, advancing NPI timelines, and implementing QbD at the plant level while reducing cost of goods and maintaining regulatory compliance. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required (MS/PhD preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in pharma R&D and/or Manufacturing / MSAT functions.

Responsibilities

• Technical transfer of drug products from R&D into manufacturing sites.
• Develop the manufacturing site execution plan per product and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate product introduction from transfer through launch covering materials, formula and packaging.
