NKT seeks a Detail-oriented Document Controller to manage project documentation across international projects from Rotterdam. You will ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance, coordinating with project teams and external partners to support timely delivery.

The role requires at least 3 years in document control, fluency in English, and experience with document management systems. A hybrid, Rotterdam-based arrangement offers collaboration with global teams on energy-transition projects.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control.
• Experience in engineering or construction environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Maintain and manage electronic document management systems such as M-files, ThinkProject!, Aconex, SharePoint and Procore.
• Register, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
• Ensure document formatting, version control, and naming conventions are followed.
• Coordinate document submissions and approvals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare document status reports and support audits and project reviews.
• Create and maintain document registers including all relevant document properties.
