Job summary

Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company, seeks a Distribution Channel Leader to own the design, build, and governance of our two-tier distribution motion across distributors, resellers, and end customers.

You will lead program architecture, billings automation, partner onboarding, and performance reporting, ensuring commercial viability and scalable operations in a fast-moving enterprise tech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven years in distribution channel management or two-tier partner programs.
• Experience with distribution systems integration — billing, invoicing, API connectivity, or EDI.
• Deep understanding of margin stacking, tier pricing, rebates, and MDF at distributor level.
• Ability to design and govern scalable distribution processes with data-driven governance.
• Experience building or redesigning distribution programs from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and build of distribution channel program, including pricing, tiers, and governance.
• Define the two-tier commercial framework, managing relationships with distributors and resellers.
• Lead automated billing, invoicing, and API integration with major distributors.
• Build technical infrastructure to enable distributors to transact at scale.
• Define data governance requirements for distributor and reseller data.
• Report on program performance, pipeline, and operational health to senior leadership.
