Job summary

Hilti Nederland BV is seeking a Project Execution Manager to drive the successful execution of large, complex construction projects within the company's international environment. You will coordinate activities across Engineering, Bid & Proposal, Contracting, and Fulfillment, translating requirements into structured work packages and maintaining alignment with stakeholders.

This role demands strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate a broad stakeholder landscape.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is required.
Experience managing large construction projects with PM track record.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and project management tools; familiarity with CDE workflows.

Responsibilities

Act as the key execution counterpart to the CPM across multiple domains.
Translate complex customer requirements into clear work packages and align with CPM/global stakeholders.
Forecast and align resource needs across projects.
Lead task prioritization and cross-functional coordination for high-quality execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks with the CPM to ensure stability and customer experience.
Mentor PEM 1 roles and newer PEMs to foster a high-performing team culture.
Manage change documentation and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Monitor scope, changes, quality, team performance, and financials; define improvement actions.
