Unilever Brasil Ltda. is seeking a Business Services Procurement Director to define and lead the global procurement strategy for Business Services, spanning Workforce, HR Services, Workplace & Facilities, and Outsourcing with a spend of €400+ million. You will drive governance, cost models, and a data-driven operating model at a global scale.

You will lead a multi-layer team across regions, partner with senior stakeholders, and ensure value, compliance and sustainability across all programs.

• Extensive senior procurement leadership across indirect-service portfolios in large multinationals.
• Enterprise leadership mindset with ability to drive through ambiguity and change.
• Demonstrated global sourcing and operating-model design for Business Services.
• Deep expertise in service-cost models, negotiation, contracting and SLAs.

Aufgaben

• Lead a 14-FTE Global Business Services Procurement organisation including Director, six managers and seven assistant managers.
• Define global procurement strategy, governance and performance for Workforce, HR Services, Workplace & Facilities, Outsourcing.
• Shape an operating model that simplifies specifications, rationalises supplier panels and reduces fragmentation.
• Set standards for complex global programmes across BPO, KPO, consulting and outsourced operations.
• Build supplier ecosystems and governance frameworks using SLAs, KPIs and continuous-improvement plans.
• Govern transitions, mobilization and implementation with risk management and data privacy considerations.
• Deliver multi-year value-creation programs with stakeholders, achieving savings, productivity and sustainability outcomes.
• Sponsor digital procurement, analytics, automation and technology-enabled delivery.
