• Lead global Media & Marketing Procurement organisation with 16 FTE and €750m spend.
• Define global Marketing and Media procurement strategy and governance.
• Shape an operating model that scales globally while remaining responsive to markets.
• Set portfolio outcomes across financial delivery and marketing effectiveness.
• Build partnerships with agencies, media owners and platforms with clear remuneration models.
• Lead agency reviews, tenders and RFPs with cross-functional teams.
• Set contracting, governance, data standards for transparency and brand safety.
