• Proven delivery of real estate strategy, transactions and workplace services sourcing.
• Strong commercial acumen across cost, risk and investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Real Estate Procurement org of four FTEs with four managers reporting.
• Drive portfolio optimisation: demand, market intel, location strategy and asset moves.
• Set commercial standards for leases, acquisitions, disposals, and fit-outs.
• Establish service standards, scorecards and governance for providers.
• Build ecosystems of advisers, landlords and partners to unlock value.
• Land multi-year value creation programs with leadership and partners.
• Provide transparent reporting on portfolio, budget, projects, suppliers and risk.
