Job summary

Unilever PLC is seeking a Director of Global Real Estate Procurement to shape and deliver strategy across real estate, facilities management and workplace services. You will lead a team of four FTEs, including three managers, and collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and Sustainability to optimise cost, risk and asset value across a €150m+ spend globally.

The role requires extensive senior leadership in multinational settings, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering value

Qualifications

Extensive senior procurement and/or corporate real-estate leadership in multinational organisations.
Experience defining real-estate strategy and sourcing with partners and leaders.
Strong commercial and financial acumen across occupancy costs and investments.
Proven ability to lead provider performance with governance.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and reporting in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

Lead the Global Real Estate Procurement team (4 FTEs) including three managers.
Lead portfolio optimisation via demand, utilisation, market intel, location strategy and leases.
Establish commercial standards for leases, renewals, acquisitions, disposals, fit-outs and investments with Finance.
Set global service standards, scorecards and governance for facilities-management and workplace providers.
Build strategic ecosystems of advisers, landlords, and facilities-management partners.
Build multi-year value creation programmes with Business Groups and partners balancing cost, experience and resilience.
Provide senior leaders with transparent portfolio, budget, project, supplier and risk reporting.
