Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of HCC Data Management & Technology Operations to drive global data strategy for compliance programs. You will lead analytics, data governance, and technology tools across regions to strengthen transparency reporting, FCPA monitoring, and third-party risk controls.

As a senior member of the HCC leadership team, you will partner with IT, Privacy, Legal, and regional teams to standardize processes and enable proactive risk detection across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
Minimum 10–12+ years in regulated environments with data and IT exposure.
Experience leading global compliance data programs and analytics.

Responsibilities

Provide global leadership for HCC data management and technology ops.
Modernize data systems to support risk management and reporting.
Enable monitoring of anti-corruption and third-party risk processes.
Develop analytics capabilities to detect compliance risks and remediation.
Collaborate with IT and Legal to embed compliance by design in systems.
