Job summary

360Pharma is seeking a Director of HCC Data Management & Technology Operations to lead global data systems, analytics, and compliance processes across regions. You will drive innovations in data management and ensure robust governance and reporting for a wide set of regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and experience in regulated environments, with a focus on embedding compliance by design into enterprise systems and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12+ years experience in HCC, compliance data management, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders in highly regulated environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership for HCC data management and technology operations, driving operational excellence and consistent execution of the compliance program.
• Lead data governance, quality management, and analytics to ensure data is complete, accurate, and secure for monitoring, risk assessments, and audits.
• Support global transparency reporting and disclosures to meet diverse requirements in collaboration with the Transparency Reporting team.
• Embed compliance by design into enterprise systems and business processes, aligning with IT and privacy standards.
• Build and manage a high-performing global team, set vision, allocate resources, and foster continuous improvement.
