Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager / Associate Director, EHDS Data Cataloguing to lead the operational and technical work for identifying and maintaining in-scope health data under the European Health Data Space. Reporting to the Director, Clinical Data Transparency, the role coordinates data owners across functions to ensure a complete, consistent catalogue.

Qualifications

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a scientific, technology, data, or healthcare field.
Experience with data cataloging and metadata practices is desirable.
Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and geographies.

Responsibilities

Leads the EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloging workstream and coordinates data owners and representatives.
Maintains a complete inventory of in-scope data, ownership, and metadata.
Applies EHDS data categories and metadata standards to ensure discoverability.
Develops metadata requirements, decision frameworks, and owner instructions for consistent cataloging.
Coordinates with Legal and privacy teams on data ownership and responsibilities.
Registers dataset descriptions in catalogues and ensures metadata accuracy over time.
Partners with Data Sharing to align cataloging with data preparation and anonymization processes.
