Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of HCC Data Management & Technology Operations to lead global data programs and drive strategic initiatives for the Health Care Compliance organization. This role focuses on data governance, analytics, and technology to support transparency, anti-corruption monitoring, and third-party risk management.

You will partner with IT, Privacy, Legal, and regional teams to embed compliance controls across enterprise systems and ensure data-driven insights guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• Experience with global health care compliance data programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership and oversight for HCC data management and technology operations.
• Drive modernization of data systems and analytics to enhance risk management and reporting.
• Lead data governance, quality management, and regulatory reporting across regions.
• Enable monitoring of anti-corruption risks using data analytics and automated controls.
• Lead development and deployments of compliance technology tools (RAMI, FMV, CBI).
• Embed compliance by design into enterprise systems in partnership with IT and business teams.
