Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Europe is seeking a Director to lead the EHDS programme, translating regulatory requirements into sustainable business capabilities. This role reports to the Head of Clinical Data Standards & Transparency, IDAR and requires steering a complex, cross-functional portfolio across regulatory, technology, and data governance functions.

The Director will drive strategy, governance, and delivery across Global Development, Legal, Privacy, Regulatory Affairs,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science, technology, healthcare, or business.
• At least 7 years leading large, cross-functional programs in pharma/healthcare/tech.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certification preferred.
• Knowledge of EU regulatory environments and data-related obligations.

Responsibilities

• Sets the program strategy and integrated delivery approach for EHDS.
• Directs the integrated plan, milestones, outcomes, and success measures.
• Oversees governance, risk, dependencies, actions, and decisions.
• Advises senior bodies on direction, trade-offs, and resource needs.
• Manages stakeholder alignment and transparent executive reporting.
