Nutreco's Trouw Nutrition is seeking a Global Digital Lead – Livestock Feed to own digital transformation and lead the strategic digital agenda across the business. You will translate strategy into a focused roadmap that delivers customer value, growth and operational excellence.
Partner with global and local leaders, align requirements with digital capabilities, and drive cross-functional governance to ensure measurable business outcomes.
Competenze
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Engineering, Digital Transformation or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, business strategy, consulting, technology leadership or business transformation within a global organization.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.

- Shape and drive the global digital agenda, translating business strategy into a focused roadmap that delivers customer value, growth and operational excellence.
- Partner with global and local leaders to identify, prioritize and deliver high-impact digital opportunities across Livestock Feed.
