Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition, seeks a Global Digital Lead – Livestock Feed to own digital transformation across Trouw Nutrition. You will translate business strategy into a focused roadmap delivering customer value, growth and operational excellence.

You’ll partner with global and local leaders, align requirements with technology capabilities, leverage AI and automation, and lead cross-functional governance to ensure measurable outcomes and sustainable value.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in digital transformation and leadership.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix org.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, AI, automation, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience in livestock or agriculture industry preferred.

What you’ll do

• Shape and drive Trouw Nutrition’s global digital agenda, translating business strategy into a focused roadmap that delivers customer value, growth and operational excellence.
• Partner with global and local business leaders to identify, prioritize and deliver high-impact digital opportunities across Livestock Feed.
• Align business requirements with Digital & Technology capabilities, ensuring scalable solutions that support both Premix & Specialties and Complete Feed business models.
• Leverage emerging technologies, AI and digital innovation to strengthen customer value propositions and create competitive advantage.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, governance and adoption to ensure digital investments deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable value.

Who we’re looking for

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Engineering, Digital Transformation or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, business strategy, consulting, technology leadership or business transformation within a global organization.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies, data analytics, AI, automation and enterprise platforms.
• Experience in livestock, animal nutrition, agriculture or a related industry is preferred, combined with strong commercial awareness and a passion for innovation.
