Job summary

Nutreco's Trouw Nutrition is seeking a Global Digital Lead – Livestock Feed to own digital transformation and lead the strategic digital agenda across the business. You will translate strategy into a focused roadmap that delivers customer value, growth and operational excellence.

Partner with global and local leaders, align requirements with digital capabilities, and drive cross-functional governance to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Engineering, Digital Transformation or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, business strategy, consulting, technology leadership or business transformation within a global organization.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Leverage emerging technologies, AI and digital innovation to strengthen customer value propositions and create competitive advantage. Lead cross-functional collaboration, governance and adoption to ensure digital investments deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable value.

Who we’re looking for

Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Engineering, Digital Transformation or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, business strategy, consulting, technology leadership or business transformation within a global organization. Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment. Strong knowledge of digital technologies, data analytics, AI, automation and enterprise platforms. Experience in livestock, animal nutrition, agriculture or a related industry is preferred, combined with strong commercial awareness and a passion for innovation.
