Job summary

ORTEC is seeking a seasoned digital marketing and communications professional to lead our global digital presence. You will manage and optimize corporate channels, publish content, and enable teams across regions to publish, amplify and measure campaigns.

You will collaborate with marketing and corporate colleagues worldwide to boost brand visibility, thought leadership and lead generation, while driving AI-enabled search optimization and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing and communications.
• Strong knowledge of website management, SEO, SEA, social media, and AI-powered search.
• Experience with CMS platforms, web analytics, HubSpot, and marketing technologies.
• Strong project and stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Analytical mindset and excellent English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize corporate digital channels to publish, amplify and measure content.
• Coordinate website enhancements with IT and external partners.
• Publish and optimize blogs, customer stories, thought leadership and corporate announcements.
• Optimize user journeys and content discoverability; execute SEO initiatives.
• Support paid search (SEA) activities; develop GEO/AI search visibility.
• Monitor search performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage ORTEC's corporate social media; coordinate publishing calendars.
• Develop dashboards and reporting insights for digital performance.
