You will support improvements, assist the Customs Manager with authorizations and AEO status, and handle imports from the Netherlands. Fluency in English and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal education in business, economics, logistics, supply chain, information systems, or operations.
• English fluency written and spoken; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a customs business/department.

Responsibilities

• Support development of customs processes, procedures, and controls.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage external brokers and compliance activities.
• Assist Customs Manager with management of customs authorizations and AEO status.
• Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and control of processes.
• Collaborate with Europe Customs team members across functions.
• Assist projects defined by the Customs Manager in the Netherlands.
• Act as the first customs contact point for imports in the Netherlands.
