Job summary

FedEx Logistics is hiring a Clearance Broker to join our customs clearance team across the Netherlands. You will review shipment data, ensure documentation accuracy, and prepare legally compliant declarations using in-house systems.

You will contact customers or agencies to clarify information and resolve routine disputes. You will build strong relationships with customers and help them choose the best clearance services, working efficiently in a busy, high‑volume office environment with strong

Qualifications

• Good team working skills in a busy office environment
• Experience or working knowledge of clearance related principles and Import/Export processes
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to make sound numerical decisions within tight deadlines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC skills

Responsibilities
