Job summary

ING is seeking an experienced Communications Expert to shape, strengthen and deliver strategic communications across its global Technology organisation. The role focuses on translating complex tech topics into clear, engaging messages for engineers, leaders and external audiences.

You will work with the CTO Communications team within Global Communications, Brand & MarCom, guiding messaging across cross-border projects and high-profile speaking engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• 7+ years in a comparable communications role in international environment.
• Ability to translate technology topics into clear messages for broad audiences.
• Strong C-suite stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver strategic communications for the CTO domain.
• Prepare speeches, presentations, talking points and briefing material for speakers.
• Develop technology storytelling to simplify IT topics for global audiences.
• Create content across channels: presentations, intranet stories, newsletters and event materials.
• Coordinate messaging with senior stakeholders across Technology, Communications and Brand.
