Job summary

ING Bank Netherlands is seeking an IT Marketing & Communication Intern within Corporate Technology. You will shape how we communicate tech innovations across 40+ countries, collaborating with executives, IT specialists, and global comms teams to promote internal IT products and elevate our department’s digital presence.

You’ll own channel strategy, produce multimedia content, and support events, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field.
• Fascination with technology, corporate innovation and storytelling.
• Hands-on multimedia content creation experience (video editing, short formats, graphics, podcasts).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint; Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own internal channel and content strategy for IT marketing across global teams.
• Create multimedia assets: videos, graphics, copy, and landing pages for internal IT tools.
• Support management with session prep, demos, and department events.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve communications.
