Job summary

Henkel is seeking a senior leader to head Global Operations & Supply Chain Strategy & PMO, shaping the 2030 transformation across our global Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement organization. You will lead a team of Strategy & PMO professionals, partnering with the Global Leadership Team to drive measurable value from strategy through execution.

You will lead end-to-end transformations across 100+ sites and 100,000+ customers, orchestrate portfolio priorities, and drive governance and change

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across strategy, transformation and/or Operations & Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to move from strategy to execution and measurable value creation; autonomous leadership of complex, global transformations.
• Strong analytical judgment to identify problems and drive impact.
• Exceptional executive communication and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear narratives and decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort turning ambiguity into structure and driving topics to closure.
• Credibility with senior executives and ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong people leadership to develop high-performing professionals.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Operations & SC Strategy & PMO, guiding a team of 6+ leaders and translating the 2030 ambition into a transform agenda.
• Own end-to-end transformations from problem definition to value realization across 100+ sites and 100,000+ customers.
• Orchestrate the global transformation portfolio with priorities, resources, interdependencies and risks.
• Identify value-creation opportunities through performance insights and benchmarks.
• Shape operating models, governance, capabilities, processes and change management.
• Drive the strategic management cycle with Leadership Team workshops and strategy reviews.
• Act as a sparring partner to the Global Leadership Team for decisions.
• Build a culture of ownership, pace and impact within Strategy & PMO.
