Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Sr. Procurement Manager for Indirect Procurement to partner with senior leaders and steer strategic sourcing across IT, Marketing, HR, and professional services. You will shape third‑party spend, lead complex negotiations, and drive measurable value using data analytics and AI-driven insights.

You will operate in a hybrid model with two on‑site days per week, influencing cross‑functional teams and delivering sustainable procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in indirect procurement strategy and execution.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management across IT, Marketing, HR, facilities and other corporate services.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and senior leaders to shape spend and value.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted procurement advisor to C-suite and senior leaders with strategic insights and opportunities.
• Develop category strategies across indirect spend and lead high‑value sourcing initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Lead negotiations, contracting, implementation, and benefits realization with cross‑functional teams.
• Leverage data analytics, AI, and market insights to drive decisions and value creation.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• Lead and mentor procurement colleagues and promote transformation initiatives.
