Job summary

SolCo is seeking a Lead Expert FPA Global Costing in Maastricht to drive Average Costing, COGS visibility, and inventory controls for month-end close and forecasts. You will partner with Global FP&A, the Commercial organization, and D&T to harmonize processes and lead major Group transformation initiatives.

The role demands strong data analytics, advanced Excel, and SAP experience, with a Master’s in a finance-related field and 5+ years in finance or supply chain controlling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Average Costing process and ensure visibility into COGS and inventory for month-end close and forecasting input.
• Act as Group Product Costing expert in critical Group transformation projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and harmonization across Group FP&A, Commercial, and D&T.
• Support Group FP&A processes relating to inventory and cross-functional activities.
• Understand implications of changes within own perimeter on Global FP&A processes and manage holistically.
• Build understanding of costing, consolidation, gross margin reporting, and goods-in-transit systems to drive change.
• Maintain regular communication with BU Finance, Group FP&A and Legal Entity Controllers.
• Serve as key contact for testing and implementing UPI-related solutions in Group-critical projects.
