Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, content strategy, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or complex tech environments.
• Ability to align content with customer journeys and GTM strategies.
• Strong English communication and international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global content strategy aligned with objectives and GTM priorities.
• Lead and develop the Content & Design Team and allocate resources.
• Establish scalable content production workflows and approvals.
• Maintain brand messaging across channels and touchpoints.
• Introduce AI tools, automation, and content reuse strategies.
• Monitor content performance and translate insights into improvements.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, Regions, and Sales.
