Job summary

Hilti is seeking a Process/Project Manager for Global Logistics Systems to drive cross-functional initiatives and lead end-to-end process improvements. The role supports the Lead2030 strategy and requires coordinating across regions to enhance efficiency and performance.

Travel up to 15–25% is expected as part of global rollout and adoption of process frameworks across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of global experience in logistics, supply chain, or digital transformation.
• Experience with SAP ERP in logistics or supply chain contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, improvement, and standardization of end-to-end processes across project execution, fulfilment, material management, and prefabrication
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across regions to analyze practices and identify improvements

As a Process/Project Manager Global Logistics Systems, you will support the implementation of Hilti’s Lead2030 strategy by driving cross-functional initiatives in large project execution. This role focuses on coordinating global process improvements and ensuring alignment across functions to enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance.

This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 15–25%.
