Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
• Experience in international, multi-country environments
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries
• Design and implement international salary structures, bands and reward frameworks
• Conduct salary benchmarking using external surveys and market data
• Coordinate annual compensation processes including reviews, promotions, and bonuses
• Provide data-driven recommendations for hires, promotions and mobility
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and EU directives
