Destinus is building a compensation and benefits framework across international operations. As Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will join our HR team to develop and manage strategy across countries, ensuring competitive, compliant, and scalable programs.

You will partner with HRBP, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders to benchmark salaries, design bands, administer processes, and oversee benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in compensation & benefits / total rewards
• Experience in international, multi-country environment
• Knowledge of benchmarking, salary structures, and benefits
• Experience with HRIS and compensation tools is an advantage

Aufgaben

• Manage and improve compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries
• Design and implement international salary structures, bands, and reward frameworks
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis across geographies
• Coordinate annual compensation processes including reviews and bonuses
• Provide data-driven compensation recommendations for hires and promotions
• Analyze internal pay practices to improve equity
• Develop benefits programs across locations balancing competitiveness and local needs
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal
