Job summary

You will assist communication specialists, contribute to planning, engagement initiatives, and event execution across international programs.

You will gain hands-on experience in organizational communication, transformation programs, and stakeholder engagement while collaborating with colleagues from multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Design, Change Management, or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong communication skills.
• Experience with digital workplace and productivity tools is preferred.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordinating, and delivering communication activities for transformation programs.
• Help improve planning processes and internal engagement initiatives.
• Support execution of events and communication projects across global teams.
• Assist with project tracking, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Contribute to live, hybrid, and online events.
