Job summary

ASML is offering a bachelor or master level internship within the BPI Communications team. You will create content, support digital communication activities, and contribute to employee engagement across regions and functions.

The role blends design, video, and storytelling with opportunities to work on transformation programs and online communities. The internship lasts at least 6 months, five days per week, with 2-3 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Communications, Marketing, Media Design, or Change Management.
• Experience creating communication content using design, presentation, video, or digital content tools.
• Comfort with AI-supported tools to improve content quality and efficiency.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create communication content aligned with ASML guidelines and business objectives.
• Support campaigns through articles, podcasts, intranet content, and digital channels.
• Develop engaging visual materials, including presentations, videos, and infographics.
• Assist with video production, editing, and storytelling activities.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and online community activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and audience engagement.
