Job summary

ASML is seeking an HR Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Intern in Veldhoven. You will support communication initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, work with HR and communications teams, and gain exposure to leadership support and stakeholder management within a global tech company.

The role includes 20-30% involvement in Chief of Staff activities within HR leadership teams. The internship is for a minimum of 5 months, at least 4 days per week (2-3 days on-site).

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources Management, Communication, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Analytical, organized and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop audience-focused communication plans and messaging.
• Support campaigns for specific employee groups.
• Evaluate communication effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical communication actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute initiatives.
