Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; master's preferred.
• At least 7 years in Commodity Risk Management with a global CPG.
• Ability to negotiate and influence business decisions.
• Strong organizational agility and priority setting to remove roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high performing team of risk managers for Packaging and Energy.
• Oversee global commodity risk management with hedging, forecasting and market insights.
• Develop short, mid, and long-term hedging strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide risk analytics and performance metrics to regional and global leaders.
• Coordinate strategy alignment with Zone stakeholders and gain approvals.
• Coach the team on price inflation/deflation risks and career development.
