Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for Coffee Equipment to drive a global sourcing direction and deliver best-in-class results. You will lead supplier strategies, negotiate key contracts, and partner with regional teams to ensure sustainable value creation.

The role demands at least 6 years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of improving total cost of ownership across the Out of Home segment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of global category sourcing experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class results.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align robust Global Category sourcing strategies.
• Lead execution and track benefits across regions and functions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across regions, functions and units.
• Measure and benchmark supplier performance to maintain competitive edge.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiate contracts and ensure execution.
• Build productivity pipelines to meet cost/TCO and sustainability targets.
