Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager – IT to own sourcing strategy for a spend portfolio up to €100M and deliver best-in-class cost results across the IT category. Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience in IT or technology categories.
• Experience managing complex global technology suppliers and enterprise-level agreements.
• Strong analytical capability, commercial curiosity, and ability to challenge suppliers and stakeholders.
• Track record delivering cost and cash results in a complex, global environment.
• Experience developing and executing category strategies and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic category planning across IT spend areas such as software, cloud, infrastructure, digital, data, cybersecurity, telecom, and IT services.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT, Digital, Security, and Finance stakeholders with market insights and negotiation strategies.
• Identify and prioritise total cost of ownership savings opportunities and lead their implementation.
• Lead complex negotiations with global technology suppliers including software vendors and cloud providers.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and ensure contract execution and compliance.
• Develop a longer-term productivity pipeline to meet procurement targets.
• Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Monitor technology market developments and emerging practices to shape sourcing strategies.
