Job summary

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive growth for a portfolio of advertisers. You will translate business goals into campaigns, collaborate with the Brand Partnerships Manager, and prove impact with data.

You will own end‑to‑end strategy, measurement, and optimization across channels, working with product, measurement, and engineering teams to remove blockers and deliver results for multi‑market clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in advertising sales.
• Experience managing multi‑market campaigns or multinational advertisers.
• Experience across multiple verticals, or with social, video or creator‑led advertising.
• Measurement beyond last click: lift studies, incrementality testing, MMM.
• Understanding of the e‑commerce landscape.
• Understanding of privacy and consent requirements (such as GDPR) and how they shape tracking and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into full‑funnel campaign strategies, and own execution end to end: advice on setup, launch, optimisation and reporting.
• Design measurement upfront: agree on the KPIs, get tracking right (pixel, Events API) and run lift and incrementality studies that prove impact.
• Be the go‑to product expert for your clients and agencies: bring in new solutions, run tests and scale what works.
• Find growth in the data: spot incremental opportunities and build the case with your BPM to land them.
• Bring insights to QBRs and executive reviews, with clear recommendations, not just reports.
• Work with Product, Measurement, Creative and Solutions Engineering to remove blockers fast and feed client needs back into the product.
• Based on the vertical you'll be working in, you'll focus more on performance or branding, respectively.
