You will own recruitment, activation, co-selling initiatives, and revenue growth while aligning sales, marketing, and technical teams in a remote-first setup.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, later building a global channel organization, with compensation reflecting a high-trajectory leadership path and global scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in channel sales, reseller partnerships, OEM alliances, or ecosystem development within infrastructure software or AI infrastructure.
• Executive-level relationships with leadership at national/regional VARs and OEMs.
• Strong understanding of partner economics, discounts, SKUs, and MDF governance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute global channel and OEM strategy across North America, EMEA, and APJ.
• Recruit and activate national and regional VARs; manage onboarding, enablement, and first revenue.
• Establish strategic OEM partnerships with leading hardware vendors to enable solutions through purchasing channels.
• Design and manage partner programs, discount tiers, incentives, and governance; set Partner of Record rules.
