Job summary

Coinmerce Group, a Dutch-founded European crypto services company with offices at Schiphol-Rijk, invites a CFO to lead strategic and financial direction. You will drive profitable, scalable growth, ensure strong governance, and build a solid financial foundation in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities include managing IFRS/NL-GAAP reporting, treasury and FP&A, capital structure, investor relations, and building an excellent finance team of 10–20 FTE.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance or strategy with 3+ years in CFO/VP Finance at scale-up/FinTech.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary finance teams (10–20 FTE).
• Deep IFRS/NL-GAAP knowledge and multi-currency treasury experience.
• Hands-on, strategic thinker with execution power.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance function to support growth plans and regulatory requirements.
• Manage accounting, controlling, FP&A, treasury and reporting.
• Develop scalable reporting structures (P&L, cash flow, KPIs).
• Ensure IFRS/NL-GAAP compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Optimize working capital and financial efficiency.
