Harmonic Executive is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a high-growth, VC-backed marketplace with international reach and over €200m in annual revenue. The CFO will shape strategy, lead a finance team of 20+ and partner with the CEO, Board and investors.

The role requires weekly international travel, strong governance, budgeting and forecasting oversight, and close collaboration with executive leadership to drive value creation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader within a marketplace, two‑sided platform, consumer tech or SaaS.
• Experience as a senior finance leader in a business with €200m+ revenue and related financial/commercial complexity.
• Comfort and willingness to travel internationally weekly.
• Strong stakeholder management with Boards, investors and executive teams.
• Experience in global finance operations.
• Experience preparing a business for exit or IPO and engaging investors.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the CEO, Board and shareholders to support the long‑term strategic direction of the business.
• Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, reporting and operational excellence.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and scenario modelling to support informed decision‑making.
• Provide commercial insight to support investment decisions, business performance and resource allocation.
• Travel internationally on a weekly basis to build relationships with regional leadership and support alignment across the business.
• Continue to strengthen financial controls, systems and reporting across the organisation.
• Develop meaningful management information and performance reporting for executive and Board stakeholders.
