WIN SOURCE is seeking a Category Purchasing Manager in the Netherlands to lead sourcing for electronic component categories. You will leverage your supplier networks, market insights and negotiation skills to secure competitive products, pricing and lead times for global customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronic components procurement or related supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of electronic component categories and sourcing channels.
• Understanding of pricing trends, supplier evaluation and risk management.
• Ability to build reliable suppliers and secure competitive lead times.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Fluent English or local language communication in a global context.

Responsabilités

• Category Purchasing: manage sourcing activities for key electronic component categories.
• Supplier Channel Development: develop and maintain core suppliers with pricing and lead-time advantages.
• Market Insights & Sourcing Opportunities: track pricing, inventory and lifecycle changes to identify opportunities.
• Critical Sourcing Projects: handle complex sourcing and EOL components through quotation, negotiation and execution.
• Supplier Partnership Management: build stable relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
• Supply Chain Security & Quality: focus on authenticity, traceability and supply continuity with quality teams.
• Global Business Support: collaborate with sales and procurement to support customers and initiatives.
