Job summary

WIN SOURCE is seeking a Purchasing Manager in Eindhoven to strengthen global supply chain security and drive strategic sourcing for electronic components. You will expand sourcing channels, evaluate supplier risk, and negotiate terms on international projects, leveraging market insights to ensure supply continuity.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in electronic components procurement or strategic sourcing.
Strong negotiation, supplier evaluation and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate and maintain global electronic component suppliers.
Expand sourcing channels to improve supply diversity and competitiveness.
Evaluate supplier reliability, authenticity, traceability and risks with QA teams.
Manage RFQs, pricing negotiations, lead times and sourcing projects.
Monitor global semiconductor market trends and supply-demand dynamics.
Build long-term supplier partnerships to improve competitiveness and resilience.
Collaborate with global sales, procurement, quality, and logistics teams.
Optimize supplier structures to enhance supply chain flexibility and reliability.
