Job summary

WIN SOURCE is seeking a Strategic Purchasing Manager to shape global sourcing strategies and strengthen its electronic components supply network. You will leverage supplier networks and market insights to expand critical component supply channels and build long-term partnerships.

The role requires strategic vision, experience in procurement and negotiation, and the ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives across regions. A global perspective and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electronic components procurement.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Established sourcing channels or supplier networks in key electronic components.
• Ability to independently develop sourcing strategies and manage complex procurement projects.
• Strong market insight, negotiation skills and supply risk management capabilities.
• Professional business communication in English or another local language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key electronic components.
• Build and integrate manufacturers, distributors and other sourcing partners.
• Evaluate supplier reliability, supply capability, quality management, traceability and risks.
• Identify and develop high-value suppliers for long-term partnerships.
• Analyze supply-demand, inventory cycles and price trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead sourcing projects and negotiations to optimize cost, lead time and terms.
• Collaborate with global procurement, sales, quality and logistics teams to strengthen supply network.
