Job summary

HEINEKEN offers an internship in Amsterdam within the Global Learning Team of the Supply Chain division. You will work on developing capabilities, build dashboards, and support learning programs with data-driven insights.

The role combines autonomy with guidance and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. The internship lasts 5 or 6 months, is full-time with a hybrid setup, and includes a monthly allowance of €650 gross plus travel cost reimbursement.

Qualifications

• You are a student at bachelor or master level in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Educational Sciences or Opleidingskunde

Responsibilities

• Improve and embed our 70,20,10 philosophy in our Supply Chain Academy. Build a skills dashboard and create data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Day-to-day learning tasks: Enhance training materials and communication pieces, manage communication for programmes (via email), and support delivery moments.
• Help with the communication and change activities for our roll-out of skills in the organisation.
