Job summary

HEINEKEN is offering an internship in the Global Learning Team within the Capability team of Supply Chain in Amsterdam. You will help embed the 70-20-10 philosophy and build a skills dashboard, while supporting learning materials and programme communications. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive the skills rollout with entrepreneurial autonomy.

You will gain exposure to HEINEKEN as a global company, with a hybrid work model and mentoring guidance to grow your capabilities during 5–6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master student in HRM, OD, Organisational Psychology, Educational Sciences or Opleidingskunde
• Creative, eager to learn and open to new ideas
• Proactive with ownership in a fast-paced environment
• International mindset and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Engage in building and embedding learning journeys and the 70-20-10 philosophy
• Develop data-driven insights by building a skills dashboard
• Support creation and updating training materials and communication
• Assist with change activities for the skills rollout in the organisation
• Collaborate across Supply Chain Capability and People teams
