Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company is offering a full‑time internship in Procurement Transformation for Europe, based in Amsterdam/Schiphol with a hybrid work model. You will drive a regional program across Europe, focusing on data automation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Copilot, and cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Marketing, and D&T.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate with others.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (or the motivation to learn them).
• Curiosity to explore a future career in Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Ownership & Delivery: End-to-end responsibility for concrete deliverables and country coordination.
• Program Excellence: Maintain program hygiene and build playbooks and handover packs to ensure continuity.
• Data & Visibility: Standardizing and automating reporting to improve data accuracy across Europe OpCos.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Create structured communications and chase inputs to keep regional projects on track.
• Process Innovation: Identify pain points and support lightweight automation to improve how we work.
