Job summary
VA Imaging in Eindhoven seeks a Team Lead Business Development to steer our international BD Managers, 7 today, growing to 15. You will coach, set strategy and deepen customer relationships across markets, helping to translate our global sales plan into action.
This leadership role combines machine vision expertise with people management, travel, and a strong bonus scheme. You will work closely with the Sales Director to push growth and shape the future of our international sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a commercial, technical or business field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the machine vision industry, incl. international BD.
- Established international network of machine vision distributors, resellers or integrators (a plus).
- Experience leading, coaching and developing commercial teams.
- Strong commercial insight, negotiation skills and results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop our global team of Business Development Managers.
- Set clear targets, monitor performance and support growth.
- Guide team in developing sales opportunities and managing key relationships.
- Analyze sales performance, forecasts and market trends.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-country collaboration.
- Work with Sales Director to execute global sales strategy.
- Represent VA Imaging at customer visits and trade shows.
