This Leiden, NL role will drive the Danisco-to-IFF transition, translating Health & Biosciences positioning into practical activation assets for sales teams, distributors and customers, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven hands‑on experience in marketing communications, brand activation or integrated campaign delivery.
• Strong execution discipline with asset versions, deadlines and agencies.
• Clear writing and editing skills; translate strategy into customer‑facing comms.
• Experience briefing and managing creative production (artwork, video, digital content, events).
• Strong stakeholder management across global and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved brand positioning into campaigns and customer communications.
• Coordinate conversion of brochures, presentations, artwork and other assets.
• Equip sales teams and distributors with clear messaging and tools.
• Manage creative agencies and production partners to deliver assets on time and in quality.
• Track asset readiness, reviews, approvals and regional implementation.
• Coordinate global direction with regional adaptation and local follow‑through.
• Build alignment among global, regional and external stakeholders.
